My life started in Utrecht, The Netherlands, in 1961. I am a partner, father and work as a coach and consultant for people, families, teams and organizations that want to function better and more freely, regardless of their circumstances or history. Also I work as an investigator of inappropriate behavior and as confindiaclity counsellor.

I gained my experience through education, in my work as an IT professional, organizational consultant, manager, coach and counsellor, firmly connected with the experiences in my personal life.

I have a deep faith in the resilience and vitality of people and therefore in that of teams and organizations. I help to gain insights into causes and motives and from there to increase the action repertoire. This leads to more space, freedom and more effective behavior.

I work with what occurs with a sharp mind, a big heart and my feet firmly on the ground.
